In 2014 we made a bold move to invest in a Giesen W15 coffee roasting machine, giving Ground Coffee Society absolute control over the roasting process, and the supply of our own product.  Under the guidance of roasting guru Benjamin Brooker, we successfully set up our first coffee roasting facility in London. Two years on after relocating our roasting facility to our new Bicester roasting and distribution warehouse, our team now roast and pack over 1200kg per week.

Our regular house blend 'Caveman' is on offer all year round, which is used as the base of arguably one of London's most loved flat whites. This is accompanied by seasonal specialty single origin coffees for both espresso and lightly roasted filter for the coffee connoisseur in you. 

Our coffee is roasted in Bicester with absolute precision, everyday in small batches. We then package every bag by hand ensure the finest quality. Roasting coffee in small batches allows us to send freshly roasted coffee every week to all of our customers. We then stamp our bags with 'roasted on' date, as well as a recommended 'use by' date.
